Semaglutide Units Chart: mg to Units at Common Strengths

It depends on your vial strength. This semaglutide chart converts the label dose values in the calculator into mL and U-100 syringe units at common example strengths. The vial label decides which column applies.

mg to units and mL

Each cell shows exact units and mL for a U-100 syringe at that vial strength. A dash means the amount is more than a 1 mL syringe holds.

A dash (—) means the amount is more than a 1 mL syringe holds at this strength. This table is math only, not dose instructions.

Read the strength first

Units measure liquid, not the amount of medicine. Divide the dose in mg by the vial strength in mg per mL to get mL. Multiply mL by 100 to get units on a U-100 syringe. The same mg amount can be a different number of units when the vial strength changes.

This page is a math reference. It does not choose a dose. Check the exact vial label, the U-100 marking, and the printed lines on the syringe you have. If the label or the lines do not match the result, stop and ask your prescriber or pharmacist.

Syringe lines reference

Every fifth unit is shown below as a quick mL reference. Your syringe may use a different line spacing, so read the printed scale on your own device.
