Go by the exact product and form you have in front of you. Units for a vial are worked out from its strength (mg per mL), and that math can’t be turned into pen clicks. A tablet isn’t something you draw into a syringe. These pages explain what the labels say. They don’t tell you what dose to take or where to get your medicine.
