How Many Units? Answers by Dose

Each page takes one dose in mg and shows how many units that is on a U-100 syringe, at a few example strengths. The real answer depends on the exact strength (mg per mL) of the vial and the lines printed on the syringe.

Pick the medicine and the dose. Each page has the math, a short table of examples, what the label (or the clinical trials) say about that dose, which brand-name products give it, a mistake to watch for at that dose, and links to the calculator and syringe guides. Retatrutide is still being studied and is not FDA-approved. Its pages don’t suggest that it’s available.
